Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using our prepaid return label (if applicable)
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing Time

After we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect it and process your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs vary based on the reason for your return. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we'll cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, return shipping fees may apply.
